The ideal spot, close to everything (crossroads, Pointe Venus, Mamao, the city...). Arue is ideally located. Easy to contact the team if necessary. The apartment is clean and practical. The swimming pool is excellent. (The swimming pool was under maintenance at the end of our stay. But this is not at all the responsibility of our host. These are the vagaries of the management of swimming pools by companies. So this will not impact my opinion on my stay)

Internet slow. No aircon at the lounge. Google map did not work. The name on booking.com and the actual place is different.
We did not know what the gate looks like until we got lost and called. There is a gate with a faded sign "Tamahana residence" and we went in there and lost. We passed the apartment on the chckin day but because of many cars parking infront of the gate hiding the sign! And we did not know what your sign&gate until you sent us the google with "Tamahana residence" !!! frustrating and exhausting experience.
